Sue Asquith
Sue is an experienced homeopath, healer, budding artist and a great cook! She founded a clinic of homeopathy and complementary therapies in the UK and ran it for nine years, building it into centre of excellence before handing it over to a practitioners co-operative in 2002. This freed up some time for her to explore her 'arty' side whilst continuing to run a busy homeopathic practice. Sue has a background in practicing and teaching meditation and will lead some of the meditation work. She will bring her earthy wisdom to the domestic and pastoral aspects of the retreat.

David Ellis
David’s students report that his Tai-Chi teaching is inspirational! After training at the Rainbow Tai-Chi School in the UK he quickly established himself as a teacher in his own right. He combines an approachable style with a strong sense of spirituality and ensures that students learn how to apply Tai-Chi tools to day to day living. The unique Rainbow Tai-Chi approach emphasises the importance of the connection between the heart, body, mind and spirit. It also believes that learning should be fun.
